Join us at Mo'Joe Coffeehouse this Wednesday, March 30th at 7pm to discuss "Mujeristas: A Name of Our Own," an essay by Ada María Isasi-Díaz and "How to Tame Wild Tongue," an essay by Gloria Anzaldúa. We are reading about and discussing Latina women-centered liberation theology and politics as a continuation of our partnership with Indiana Undocumented Youth Alliance.
Meetups are a gender neutral, child-friendly space to safely discuss gender issues in pop culture. Feel free to come even if you're unable to read the essays as it will be an inclusive conversation.
You can download the essays and reading+discussion guide from shehive.org/resources. See you soon!
